Quality Control
KRB understand, QUALITY is the most important factor of enterprise to survive, from the beginning of the establishment, in 17 years, we are always striving for the quality for our customers. All our products are made under ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Most of KRB products meets or exceeds OEM quality standards.
KRB has a 13300 Sq. Meter offices and warehouse. Our employee staff includes Engineers, Customs & Freight logistic experts and workers. Most of products have to be sent to our warehouse for final quality testing. Most of products have to be re-checked, repacked, and Private labeling to Custom Packaging as per each customer’s requirement.
Our warranty:
All KRB parts are warranted for one (1) year / 100,000 miles from installation, or 18 months after purchase from KRB,whichever comes first. We warrant all new parts against defective material or workmanship when such parts are used in appropriate applications. We will not extend this warranty to parts where failure or damage was caused by misapplication, accident, or abuse.
